The energetic destruction of one’s objectification with his thoughts requires work on recording attention. Consciousness requires effectively avoiding the creation of paradoxical models of reality. While you remain objectified, possibly while servicing paradoxical thought, you may experience some form of multiplicity in your identity.

Ideas, education and, even, agreement with concepts cannot deliver this state of full consciousness. The Process of Recording Attention provides the equivalent to a wonderful calisthenic as the student undertakes this transformation.
